We have done a lot with Bourbon but not much with it's slightly spicier cousin, rye whiskey. We paired it with a spice cake batter ice cream and an apple cinnamon ribbon. Percectly balance one another, really delicious.

It's bananas, a lot of bananas, we infuse them into our creamy base. Add a bit of vanilla, and gluten-free vanilla wafers for that crunch. The amount of banana flavor is incredible, and it is all 100 percent natural.
